You could claim you get crashes/BSOD at stock setting and request a crossship RMA, Intel will ship you the replacement as fast as they can (next/two day shipping) and include a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship your old CPU back, ofc your credit card will be charged for the new CPU until you return the old one, no penalty for returning an working CPU AFAIK.
