ive never overclocked before this
and i followed the instruction from this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPyHVGmyjQo

i have titan fenrir which is aircooler and on idle it runs around 50 degrees celsius and on full load which i used prime95 i noticed it went around 89 degrees celsius before i got the bios error and shut down the computer.

i would assume that my computer didnt get enough juice for whatever reason and maybe i should have lower cpu frequency instead maybe 3.5ghz instead of 4?

edit ended up going 3.8ghz
