the P5B delux is the best bang for the buck for mad overclocking ability. If you want to spend a lil les get teh ds3, and if you got the money go for the the 680i,mainly for sli support and stuff.

btw, this website shows the p5b deluxe is crossfire supported, does that means you can sli two nvidia video cards?
http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2837

..oh look at thats, says it doesnt support sli as of now, maybe hacked drivers or future updates?

Ihad that board before my fried Gigabyte, and the P5NSLI was only able to give me a 300 FSB at MOST... Even with voltage uppings, it sucked. Good luck, or get a new board bud.

Thing is im not even reaching 300 FSB @ 2.26Ghz. FSB is 282 at this point but if I try any higher it crashes. Only seems to get funky when i play with cpu settings and not ram settings.

A little update on my overclock. I am at 2.32Ghz stable 1:1 @ 290FSB timings are 5-5-5-31
When I try and up the cpu just 5mhz it starts to get jittery but back down to 1160mhz and its good to go. I dont get it, before I couldnt even hit 1150 now I can do 1160 stable? What gives? Can anyone explain how this is possible? I think the only thing I did different before was leave my ram @ 667 mhz instead of matching it with the cpu thats it. Maybe thats my answer?

Which is the best for overclocking is my main concern. SLI will be a far distant upgrade since i got a GTS coming. Already got TT 120 to cool with. Just need a good mobo and probably some different ram.
