ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 motherboard issue

I bought a new case for my rig over the weekend and as soon as I transferred all the components over, I booted up my computer and the motherboard will not post. I have the Red LED over by the ram modules (DRam LED) and whenever I try the "MemOK" button, it flashes red, reboots and then I'm back to where I started (red LED stil on and no boot). Sometimes I will get lucky and get to the BIOS where it tells me to enter the BIOS and save and restart, and when I do that I get the same issue again.

I have tried:
-Re-sitting the RAM sticks
-Booting with 1 RAM stick
-Re-adjusting the CPU heat sink
-Holding MemOK
-Clearing the CMOS

I would rather not have to buy another motherboad as I like this one so I'm open to all options to get this fixed (minus RMA cause Asus will charge me 199 to fix)

Thanks for your help.

Nope I never got any beeps.

Also, I should note that I was having RAM issues before I switched my case over where I had to boot it with one stick of RAM, shut it off and add the second stick in. (it worked fine when I did that but not now)
