Corsair 300R Windowed, H110 in Sidepanel or Front ?

Thread Starter
Hi guys, kinda new here so sorry if my post is in the wrong place :s

I'm looking into a new case for my Rig and I was wondering if it was possible by any means/mods to fit an H110 within the two 140mm spots in the windowed Sidepanel or if it is possible to cut the bottom of the case to fit the 280mm Rad in the front like someone here did with the H100 Rad ...

I know for sure that I can't make it fit up trop since my Sabertooth P67 has those little heatspreading/ugly thinghy on top of the CPU socket wich will hit and block the rad

My GPU is a GTX 580 if it changes anything, thank you for your time and again if any info is missing or if I messed something up just let me know smile.gif

Did you buy the 300r yet? If not I'd look into the 400R/500R/C70, Fractal Arc Midi or Define R4, they're meant for watercooling more so than the 300R.

The H110 mounted on a side panel would result in vibration I think. Plus the tubing would make it problematic to put the side panel on, given the way it slides on.

So the H110 has the same mounting holes as the 400R, 500R, C70, 550D, 650D, and 900D. Whether they'll fit in the 400R or 550D will depend on your motherboard, but they should fit with most boards, provided the 8pin CPU cable and VRM heatsink doesn't interfere.
