Quiet but more airflow than P183

Thread Starter
Hello I am looking to move my 2nd sig rig to a new case, since the SLI 560 Ti seem to be generating more heat than the P183 can exhaust. I am leaning towards the Fractal Design R4. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't over looking any other cases. Also is there a large difference in the noise from the R4 without a window as opposed to one with a window? Thanks for the help.

The Arc Midi has better airflow. Also look at the Phantom 410 or the Corsair 400R or 500R. If running GPUs in SLI you should look at a case with a side fan rather than a window, even if the fan is run at low speed. Any of the cases I have suggested with fans in every position (top, front, side, rear and bottom) and a fan controller will be quiet and have good airflow.

Well I was primarily looking at the R4 without the window (one with side dampened foam on it). So I was curious how both variants of the R4 compared noise wise. I will take the Arc Midi into consideration, that will probably also lead me to include the NZXT Source 210 Elite and 22, since I have some money to spend at the NZXT Armory.
