Thanks guys! Don't worry Thetbrett you didn't come off patronizing. I am coming to understand that anything from Dell is terrible. I'm thinking I'll just save up for a new computer from a different manufacturer instead. May try the same brand I tried before I got the alienware which worked fine ad never crashed on me. Love how they call Alienwares gaming machines yet they work worse than an average cheap laptop.

Anyway, thanks everyone. I have a good idea now what to do.

Asus, Razer, Origin all amke good gaming lappys. Ebay is your friend here, don't go through their websites and pay premium. You can get brand new lappys for a fair discount there.

Oh, thanks thetbrett. That definitely helps. I don't mind paying premium, but hey, money saved is great.

Ok. Then if the laptop is still under warranty, RMA it. And as you can't understand what is what inside a laptop, I would suggest you to refer to documentation for more details. If you are lucky, then you can find some de-assembling video of your laptop in YouTube.

I have the 75vw, great laptop and the one above is better. This gives you an idea of how much ebay can save you. Git my lappy from ebay and it hasn' t missed a beat. Plays BF3 no worries and mine has a 660mnot a 670m. These model Asus also have excellent cooling.
