Maybe the waters delta is kept more constant due to the fact it is split? I dunno...but it works for me!
Wait... did you use a T or Y adapter to split your flow? Where did the line come back together?

The temp drop could be attributed in a better application of TIM as well. Who knows... if it works for you go for it.
Once again...

To start with the system will contain a Pentium D 940 (stock 3.2 Ghz), which i am wanting to atempt to acheive a 5.0 Ghz overclock on! but this will eventually be upgraded to a C2D E6600 or if the price comes down (a lot!) a QX6700.
I would like sugestions on a large case to house my water cooled system that is good looking (with side window) and around £100 at the most.
The other products for the cooling system i am planning are -

1 Resevour
1 Pump
CPU, GPU & Chipset blocks
2 Radaters, (1 large, 1 smaller)
Fans for radiaters
Clear tubing
Blue UV coolant
And all attachments of course!

Can people sugest the best products at a reasonably low price to purchase for each of the above please.

The system will be as in my user spec but with the following modifications -

C2D E6600 or QX6700 (but doubt the QX for a while yet!
Asus P5B wi fi deluxe or Asus P5N32-E SLI NF680i
Geforce 8800 GTX ( Not sure on board manufacturer yet)
And more powerfull PSU not sure which yet

Thank you in advance,
