fx-6300 temps just don't seem right

Just put together my sig rig I have not installed Windows yet cause it has not arrived. I was in the BIOS looking around and cpu temp was 56c. I've read that it shouldnt exceed 62c. Should i reseat the heatsink?

The temps are much higher in the bios that they are in windows. Get HWMonitor, if its near 40 or below, based on your room tempature, you should be fine. If they are higher than that, your motherboard should have a windows program for it which should be accurate, like MSI had ClickBios II which shows the temp, as 3rd-party apps may be incorrect.
