Think Be Quiet is what you sould look at there almost as good as Noctua but in black

Be Quiet also make some fans for use on radiators so you might find fans for both your case and radiator that is not Noctua but almost as good

Not to sound redundant but I'd recommend the corsair af-140s or the equivalent noctua (can't remember the name exactly)

At least their naming scheme is not all over the map like lets say Phanteks their fan and cooler names are almost impossible to remember
