Oh. That wasn't entirely clear before. I think we may have a little bit of fog in the middle due to a possible language barrier. I'm glad to understand now though.

 

Now that I know it's working with the Coolmax PSU, I would say that yes, the Corsair must be defective.

Oh I'm sorry for that earlier. Yes it worked earlier when I hooked up the motherboard gpu cpu and ram but when I put it in the case and hook it up to the fans ssd optical drive and the other cable the coolmax only lite up the front led fans and power led for less than a second and then when off the corsair didnt come on at all sadly

What's the difference between these two situations? Is this the difference between pressing some built-in power button on the motherboard vs. pressing the power button that is built into your case?

Then as you mentioned before, you need to figure out the correct location for all those little wires for the Power and Reset button headers. The best advice I can give for that is to check the manual for your case and compare it to the manual for your motherboard. The motherboard's PCB also has little helpers printed on it by each pin.
