3930k Voltage for 24/7 Have good watercooling loop

Hi guys i am looking for some advise on what i should leave my max voltage at for a 24/7 overclock. I have read some post on what people think is the max on water which was 1.45v for 24/7 is this right? I have 4x RX480 rads running Cpu & Two Gpu blocks & Two D5 pumps so how far should i go voltage wise.

Well it all depends on the silicon of your chip. But generally, 1.45V seems to be safe for pretty much any 3930K. I have 4.625GHz at 1.43V under water for 24/7. I haven't seen any problem for 6 months. I get around 70C CPU core at full load with 30~31C water.

That seems to be good chip! Try to achieve maximum clock speed at 1.45 or so. After all, you bought all that water cooling stuff for the performance.

Had mine at 1.44 with speedstep enabled to 4.5 for a while now. In testing I have even bounced off tj max a few time now testing really low speed fans and it still seems stable. Very stable chip.thumb.gif

My most stable so far. Does crank out some heat though at high heat 4.5 can produce up to 185W
