Hey I'm gonna get the PC. Do you know any companies that put together custom PCs for a reasonable price or none? I live in Idaho. Have any ideas?

Have you looked over at NCIX?
Maybe they have something you can customize

You'll be paying extra for the brand and them putting it together as opposed to you building it yourself.

This is a site I used when initially deciding on parts for my PC

http://www.hardware-revolution.com/

Under the Build Your Own Computer > Gaming & Web PC you have different price points.

Budget $250 - $600
MainStream $800 - $1600
Highend $1800 - $3000

If you only have $900 then maybe consider putting together a computer yourself. Or another option is to look into computer store in your area that will help you pick out some parts and throw it together for you.

Ok. What is a good graphics card for gaming like Guild Wars 2 or the new Watch Dogs?

Start with a 7870 XT for now ($234.99 after $15.00 rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202024) and after you piece together all of your parts you can increase it to a 7950 (around $300) if you have available budget.
