A good place to review power supplies that fit the bill

The Corsair ax line is a solid choice. I personally recommend the Seasonic x750

I looked through current prices and sales, and I agree with the Seasonic X750. It seems like currently-shipping units are the new KM3 revision, which are tops and a little better than the old revision, on which the Corsair AX750 / AX850 are based. They're borderline Platinum as well.

There are a lot of other good supplies from other brands, often with better price/performance or good sales (seriously, the number of Corsair- and Seasonic- bleating sheeplings is a bit much to handle sometimes)—but with current prices and restricting the search to full modular only, this is the best bet.

I got it down to seasonic x750, corsair ax750, and xfx pro 750 black edition full modular.

Any thoughts??

The Seasonic X-Series is an excellent PSU line. Apparently the XFX Pro 750 BE is based on the same platform as the Seasonic X-Series, but the fan isn't as good (Sanyo Denki vs. ADDA). Also, I've heard that Corsair's older AX models had coil whine issues at times.
