1055T vs FX 6300 vs FX 8350 w/ GTX 560 Ti

Thread Starter
So, I wanna test my 1055T against the FX 6300 and FX 8350. There will be to 3 types of comparison.
1. 1055T vs FX 6300 vs FX 8350 all at stock. ( Already have these infos)
2. 1055T vs FX 6300 vs FX 8350 all clocked at same speed. (4.0 GHz)
3. 1055T, FX 6300 and FX 8350 all pushed to the limit.

Basically, since I'm freakin' poor and can't afford to buy 8350 or 6300, and I own the 1055T, I thought I might use some help of the owners of these chips. The thing is to see how far have AMD gone since Thuban. I know for a fact that my OC'd 1055T will destroy any Zambezi 6 core no matter how far you push the Zambezi... The again, let's see how Vishera stands up against the old 40nm Thubans the 6 core and the top of the line AMD cpu.
So, what I need is, a guy who owns FX 6300 and a guy with an FX 8350 (can be FX 8320 too) with a decent cooling to be able to overclock it (Hyper 212, NH-D14, Frio OcK, NZXT Havik 140, whatever, I can't count em all, just a good aftermaket cooler, it also can be closed water cooling loop, like, H100, H80... or even a custom water cooling loop. I don't wanna compare heat or power consumption, head to head computing scores. Their GPU needs to be GTX 560 Ti as well.
Anybody willing to contribute can comment on this thread or e-mail me at juicedcoder@live.com . I think this is a very interesting topic for all AMD fans/haters/owners... And I've seen threads similar to this one, but none of them posted results so, let us be the fist ones.

All the best,
Stefan.

Very interesting thread. I have a hunch how the results will pan out but I'd like to see the hard data as well. Subscribed.

Are you sure? Would you like to test it out against the 1055T and do a few benchmarks for me?
Here, I did cinebench at 4.04 with my 1055T, gives a score of 7.11
You can call me on my cellphone when your FX 6300 reaches 7.11 Cinebench score.

lol
fx 6300 stock: 4.50 cinebench
1100T BE stock: 5.90 cinebench

Real world "gaming, video etc": fx 6300 is better, less power consumption, more oc etc

not so fast buddy. 1055T did also come in 95W version. power consumption at 4.0GHz 95W thuban is less
than a stock FX-6300.

FX-6300 @ 4.7GHz is a little faster in new games (like BF3) than 4.0GH x6. but not much. FX-8350 @ 4.7GHz
is much faster than both in newer games. x6 is faster than FX-8350 in DiRT Showdown. Game dependent.

but in video compression the FX-6300 wins over thuban hands down.

FX-6300 stock power consumption

X6 95W @4GHz - Power Consumption - Load

X6 95W @4GHz - Power Consumption - idle

why not compare 95W 1055T vs 95W FX-6300 ?

Because at stock speeds 1055T is not a challenge for fx 6300 stock.
