Yes, but again: Corsair's PSUs like the CX430, CX500, CX600 and their new VS series ("Value Series"?) shouldn't be recommended most of the time because you can usually get a superior unit for about the same price. Not only that, but Corsair's PSUs are generally overpriced. I try to avoid recommending Corsair's PSUs these days if I can help it.
As for SeaSonic: I'm not 100% sure, but I think that there are some SeaSonic PSUs that aren't so great, but they're in the sub-400W range.
Not all of Rosewill's PSUs are bad. Some of them are top-of-the-line.
I apologize, but I just feel that it's critical to stress that one cannot go just by brand names when shopping for PSUs. That's almost like going by the 80+ Certification. This is why we have this list:
