120mm Ncotua NF-F12 is regarded as one of the best 120mm static pressure fans
For 140mm there is the Noctua NF-A14 FLX i have one of those myself

Only downside the color scheme is ugly

For case cooling I've also been happy with the Noctua NF-A14. I use it as a front case intake running with the ULN (about 650rpm) and it's doin just fine.

I would also like to suggest the Cougar Vortex fans. And while I've never had one, I've heard they are up to par with even the GT's.

I use my NF-A14 FLX as a case exhaust fan yes i know its not made as a case fan but i wanted something better then the Bitfenix Spectre Pro 1400mm fan i had before that one was crap

I have a couple of San Ace H1011's, which I use occasionally when I'm not testing something else out (right now I'm trying TY-147s). They are worth every penny if you can find them, manageable noise level with a fan controller. Also compelling ( and even harder to find) are the Feser Triebwerk fans...always wanted to try those.

delta 5k rpm fan use a fan controller and you have one of the best high pressure fans for any need. i am using one for my noctura nh d14 intake fan and one for my case exhaust fan.
