Okay I'm planning on over clocking my i7 2600k to 4.5 or 5ghz so I'm wondering what PSU should I buy the corsair gs 600 600 watt or the antec hgc 750 watt?

Since you only have the GTX 660, all that you need is a quality-made 400-450W power supply even with a heavy overclock on the 2600K.
