ASRock Z77 Fatality PRO-M users? Overclocking 3770k

Thread Starter
I'm attempting to overclock a 3770k with this board. Any users out there care to lend some advice? Any special bios settings I should be aware of?

Right now I'm at 4.2 turbo at 1.216 vcore @ load. That seems a bit high and dropping it much more causes stability issues.

I have only set XMP for memory, offset voltage to get the 1.216v @ load and all core turbo to 42 multiplier.

Hi

I reach 4.7 Mhz with 1.39 vcore and Multiplier at 47, temp are at 65-75 but i'm using a watercooling a Kit watercooling SWIFTECH H2O 320 EDGE HD witch is very good colling kit. I got koler h2o 620 but it's very desapointing.

The temp with h2o were reaching 90-105° with small overclok and 60-70 at 3.5 ghz. Notice that the 3770k was working well till reaching 104° then i had blue screen. So i think thre's no worry tell reaching 90-95°.

Sorry for my english i'm french.

I'm trying reaching 4.8 but it's not possible even with vcore at 1.45. The fsb don't like to be change even for 1 or 2 mhz. I think 4.7 is the best i can do as i only change the vcore. I also must disable multhitreading for stable 4.7.

see you
