Ever since I re installed Windows it has been crashing way more frequently. It didn't crash every 20-30 minutes before.
You need to run memtest86+ from a boot disk, and let it run for several passes which takes a few hours.
You can download it from the site to create a bootable cd or usb stick.
From bios on the Extreme Tweaker tab you should have a Ai Overclock where you can choose XMP. That should set the voltage and timings to the manufactures defaults for the ram. I would also suggest reflashing the current bios for your mobo, since Asus boards can develop a bug with the current bios.
First I would flash bios, then choose XMP, then create a bootable media for memtest86+.
