FPS Low on Assassin's Creed 2 ?

Hey, guys.
I wanted to ask you guys if you could help me with my FPS problem in Assassin's Creed 2.
First of all these are my specs:

GPU: Gigabyte HD 6850 Overclocked (Factor)
CPU: Intel i5 2500K (Stock Speed)

The game is maxed out.
I have 60+ FPS in Interiors while at Exteriors somewhere around 15-45 Depending on is it Day or Night, because usually in the day it's very low because of lightning and shadows, while at night it's high.
Also the FPS Dramatically drops when pressing TAB to view a map.

So, if anyone knows some tweaking guide please help me this.

Thanks.

This probably won't be the help you are looking for, but AC2 and pretty much all of the AC games are pretty bad console ports, fun games, but bad ports. The framerate problems you are getting are probably not from the hardware, but the poorly optimized game, I hope game developers start working harder on the PC versions of games designed for consoles.

Yeah but looking at this video of KoroushGhazi (from TweakGuides.com) he runs better with only GTX 265 (He had this GPU before)

Ah that is very odd, do you have FPS problems in other games? Try re-installing drivers for your card I guess, make sure you delete your other ones first.
