the only way that this could be happening with all your components workin as they should would be a bad cpu cooler contact or bad thermal paste application orif some spilled on the under side of the cpu near a pin or something. any other problem would have to involve wrong voltage output or faulty cpu/mobo, which i can almost guarantee that's not the case. i would just calm down and remount your cpu cooler and thermal paste lol smile.gif
EDIT: as the poster before me also suggested FAN SPEED check. that would be something also. ^

you can see in the screenshots I provided that the cpu fan is running at 100 percent power under full load. I will put new thermal paste 2night and reply with new prime 95 results......

oops yeah you're right about the fan my bad. make sure the heatsink is as flush with the cpu as you can get it and tighten the screws in an X pattern ...if you didnt already do that. good luck!
