No problem.

While the CPU will be happy, all that extra heat output being released into the box will make it at the expense of all the other components.

You could always get an APU (auxilery power unit) and run the peltiers at around 22volts

It would be less efficiency but it would allow you to use less of them at higher voltages, but it would increase the Qmax (the amount of heat they transfer) and allow you to use fewer."

He will then release even more heat into his cold box, raising the ambient of the whole thing.
