Is my memory running on 2133mhz?

hey.
i opened cpu-z and it shows that my memory is running on 1066mhz?is that how it supposed to run?

and my memory type are 2133mhz i am also using x.m.p

CPU-Z shows real (bus) frequency in MHz

DDR is double data rate.

bus frequency * 2 (DDR) = effective DDR frequency

1066MHz * 2 = DDR3-2133 MT/s

It is NOT DDR3-2133MHz

So wherever you see DDR3-xxxx that is the normal amount you see.

If you see 'MHz', you have to double it.

Hopefully that clears things up for you
