Its not like u can see the areas where u hold the mouse, from the pictures anyway. But for ur info, its like 0,6 cm difference, which is enough to make the mouse feel more / \. That makes the G100 feel more like zowie mico than logitech mx300/G1/G3 (and probably Ninox Aurora) Of course it depends on where u hold the mouse. I don't think its a good idea to of-center the mouse even more from ur palm, just so it feels comfortable.

Even if they are not legit, they are probably better than the orginal G100.

G700s in stock on amazon with 1-2 day processing http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-G700s-Rechargeable-Gaming-910-003584/dp/B00BFOEY3Y, Hopefully those of us who pre-ordered directly off Logitech can expect some info soon. Newegg says April 8th, Amazon says April 5th and the Logitech online order support representative tells me the end of April. This thread http://forums.logitech.com/t5/G-series-Gaming-Mice/G600-Pre-orders-When-will-they-ship/td-p/849690/page/2 has a representative claiming pre-orders and warrentys should have priority over shipments to stores.

lol the smoothed corner? The shape is still same except the very tip of the corner, you would get same effect by using a little sandpaper. I remember that pointy corner with the G3 feeling stupid sometimes, good that its a bit adjusted.

Ok, so a little update here.

The chord isn't as bad as first thought, it just needs to be "worked in". I sat for a minute just twirling and bending it a bit, and it got a whole lot looser within seconds. I think it's fair to say at this point that the chord is quite alright if you just take a minute to flex it up a little.

Second, the click issue was corrected when I swapped the g100s shell for the g100 shell. It is quite a decent little mouse now, and definitely will be my main mouse until greener grass is grown somewhere.

Thanks to skylit for the tip on the shell replacement. It's hillarious that I'm such a mouse nerd that I actually had a spare g100 shell and a new set of corepad g100 replacement skatez just laying around the house.

edit: forgot to add that another problem that I had with the original g100s top shell was that the mouse buttons would follow my fingers slightly when i lift them, resulting in a sort of slight clacking sound of the impact when they fall back down. This was a pretty big annoyance and made the mouse feel extremely cheap and low quality. However, the old G100 shell fixed this problem too.

¿Do you know if it is possible to put the internals into a g1 or rx250 shell without messing too much?
Would be nice to put it into a White RX250 <3
