AMD athlon ii x4 645 overclock

Hey all. Before I ask for help, I'll give you the info you need about my system:

CPU: Athlon ii x4 645

Mobo: Asus M4A78LT-M

Graphics card (irrelevant here?): Asus GTX 550 Ti

Ram: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB DDR3 1600mhz Dual Channel
This might be more helpful than the name though: Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9
ram specs: Tested Voltage1.5
SPD Voltage1.5
Speed RatingPC3-12800 (1600MHz)
SPD Speed1333MHz
Tested Speed1600Mhz
Tested Latency9-9-9-24
SPD Latency9-9-9-24
(as seen on Tech specs here: http://www.corsair.com/memory-by-product-family/vengeance/vengeance-low-profile-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cml8gx3m2a1600c9.html)

I have it overclocked at 3.6ghz atm, but anything further will turn it unstable.
CPU bus speed is at 250, with a 14.5 multiplier atm (can go up to 15.5) HT link is at 2000mhz.
NB multiplier is at 8 to keep it at 2000mhz, think stock voltage is applied to the NB too. Don't know if i should up the frequency there.
I think I have the ram voltage just 1 notch above 1.5v, not sure though. They might be running stock voltage though.
FSB:DRAM is 3:8 (don't know how to change that), DRAM Frequency appears as 666.7mhz on CPU-Z.
In the Bios, to be able to boot, I think i selected DRAM to 533 or something like that, not sure if it's 533 but it's in the 500 zone.
My bios does not allow me to change the Command rate, so timings atm are as follows:
9-9-9-24-34-1T

Does this help: http://valid.canardpc.com/2742107 ??
I have C1E enabled, don't know what it is. Advanced core calibration and unleashing mode are enabled. If i go to manually enable cores, in the bios, I can see 6 cores, but even if I activate all of them, upon boot it will say 4 cores activated (bios bootup screen) and only 4 cores used with windows frown.gif Maybe I only have 4 cores, but then why can i turn on / off 6 cores in the bios? (Actually 5, since core 1 can not be turned off)

Anyways, main question here is, how can i get beyond 3.6ghz and keeping it stable? I have great cooling, cpu is always in the 20-30º zone when the room is hot, it goes up to 40ºC-45ºC when I'm playing. Should I also change the NB frequency/voltage?
Help me out please, thanks in advance!

Any hints on that? :/
