StayFrosty with 1800£ its not more or less 100 that make the difference and the OP gets a better CPU a few games are starting to use more than 4 threads

There are only 2 things that are really Future proof in a sense, and that is the Power Supply and a good Case. I'd definitely invest in a decent higher watted PSU for future upgrades and even future builds so you can carry it over to a newer one. Decent case can last 10 yrs if you wanted too. Food for thought.
