I am in need of a new case, and I need help deciding which case to buy. At the moment I am looking at either the NZXT Phantom (full tower) or the NZXT Phantom 410 (mid tower), both in white. The color scheme I'm going for is sort of blue, black, and white, and I really like the look of the Phantom series cases. So can someone briefly (or not so briefly, I like reading biggrin.gif) describe the differences between and advantages/disadvantages of these two cases? Or just mid tower vs. full tower in general? Also, if you know another sleek-looking case that you'd recommend over these two cases for $150-ish or less, feel free to post it. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated (I'll +Rep or whatever tongue.gif). Thanks!

neither. get the NZXT switch 810 in white.

Here is the thread. See what all we have done with them.

If you have the room, I always suggest a full tower. Best options for future endeavors like water cooling etc. Also, they have plenty of room for air cooling too....

In terms of the Phantom series between those two, it more comes down to size. The Phantom 410 has a bit better support in regards to water cooling, and the Phantom original full tower doesn't have nearly as good of support for water cooling. The Phantom 410 is a midget compared to the original Phantom though.

If you like the actual look of the Phantom, look no further than the Phantom 630. Its a later generation of the Phantom series that has good support for water cooling, retains the Phantom signature look, and is about the same price ($10 difference) as the Switch 810 (which is completely different than the Phantom).

If you don't mind not having the Phantom look, then consider the Switch 810. All of the cases are fantastic options.
