Revised build: 8 months later... White tubing is turning yellow?

Hello all,

I am attempting to revise my water cooling setup. My case is the Thermaltake V3 Black Edition, and it is quite restrictive as far as space, wire management, and modding. However, it is the case I am stuck with for the moment (plus I want to make the best of it). I have attached some pictures of the case and my planned setup. Any tips? I plan to remove the drive cage by drilling out the rivets, and then placing an EX120 where the cage was, along with the pump and reservoir between the EX120 and the power supply. I have no idea how I will fit the wires from the power supply (thankfully, semi-modular), but I guess I will see what happens.

My initial planned setup, but it will not work like that because the radiator will take up too much space:

Revised plan (picture drive cage is removed):

Modded top of case (poorly done, unfortunately, but this is my first case mod) to allow passthrough of tubing on top instead of in the back:

Overall image with planned tubing routes (with my awesome paint skills):

Any ideas are greatly appreciated smile.gif.

EDIT: Turned this into a mini build log...

What about buying a exterior fan mount, you can fit the 120 on the exterior, this will allow fo good cable managment for your cables thumb.gif

I understand you're quite restricted with space but if you can I would try putting the CPU before the GPU as they are a little less heat sensitive but If you can't it really doesn't matter that much. Apart from that it's looking pretty god smile.gif

may be if you go pump/ res to gpu to rs240 to cpu to ex120 might be a better option
edit: would you be able to mount the 120 on the rear exhaust

Reservoir - Pump - 240mm - CPU - 120mm - GPU - Repeat

This would yield the best temps, as the CPu will need a cooler intake than the GPU

Thanks for the comments guys. I thought about mounting it externally on the back (already have the mounting hardware), but I wanted to leave it inside for aesthetics because I don't really want stuff hanging off my case frown.gif. What if I reversed the flow, so it goes through both radiators before hitting the CPU and then GPU? Would that be better, or should I just mount it outside anyway?
Then the CPU would be cooler and the GPU much hotter, since the GPU wants cold water too

I think I might try to do this, it might be a bit tough though as far as kinks are concerned. If I have to I will mount it outside the back of the case. I will be mounting the drives (two) inside the 5.25 bay, so I will remove the cage either way. Maybe I can hide some wires behind the 5.25 bay area... or build a wall or something... any ideas about that?
