Is my PSU enough?

Thread Starter
I'm looking to replace my DH14 with a Swiftech H220 system due to the temps I'm getting with my new overclock on my 2700k (4.7ghz @1.36volts) reaching 75C under load in Prime95 as well as gaming. I am NOT looking to watercool my gpus.

Currently, I have a 750w Gold Seasonic PSU installed powering 2 Gigabyte 7970's in crossfire (not overclocked) as well as a second pci-e NIC, Samsung 830 256gb ssd, a 1TB WD green drive, a 2 TB WD green, a 3 TB 7200 Seagate drive, and the standard HAF-X case fans + the second 230mm fan in the top.
