Warning to those pre-ordering from Green Man Gaming

I just pre ordered Bioshock Infinite from GMG and the email I received with the keys was jacked up since "they had a lot of website hits the other day"

Now I am 3 emails deep and these idiots cannot read. I keep telling them I have not received keys for my free games and their response is "xcom keys will be given out on the 26th" I literally keep telling them I have my XCOM and Bioshock key I need my other keys. They keep bringing up Xcom..>

Again I am 3 support tickets deep because they keep marking my case as solved. Their obvious success with low price comes at the price of HANDS DOWN having the worst customer support I have ever dealt with. I am thinking of just calling my credit card company and saying its a fraud charge and getting it declined. This stupid company is based in UK so I can't call them from the states and speak to them directly either. Just be careful guys, their customer support is an absolute nightmare to deal with if you have any problems. Oh and another lovely tid-bit their customer support tickets are usually answered, on average, 18 hours later.


tldr: after 3 formal support tickets, GMG tech support are dodging the fact that I didn't get all my games.

Didnt they send out an email to everyone who preordered Bioshock Infinite that said something about lack of keys?

I never received any email. Furthermore, their last email was literally a copy and paste of their FAQ about Bioshock Infinite which really pisses me off even more considering I emailed them letting them know my original key email was messed up. I am totally turned off by these guys. I have been trying to access their "keys" subsection in my account on their website, and it just keep saying "error admin has been notified"

Such a trash company. I would advise not going with these guys. Gamersgate.com and steam itself are great alternatives.

Then go buy from steam or gamersgate?
