650Ti is fine, but it would be better to wait for the new 7790/650 Ti SE cards that will start selling in 1-2 weeks. They offer more performance for a similar price.

Case: I like the Tempest 210 for $45

My pick, Ram combos with CPU for $13 saving, should have room to go to a 650Ti instead of the 7770.

This should give you a decent idea of what you can afford. I chose to leave out the case as I find that it is all about personal preference and aesthetic. So, based off of what I've provided, it leaves you with some wiggle room for a case, and whatever fans are necessary, as well as a wealth of information such that you can compare and contrast items in the same price brackets.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
