asrock fatal1ty z77 performance or asrock extreme4 z77 ?

I can get them both at same price but which one is better (overclocking, features, up-to-date) and why?

(Cost isnt an issue)

The Extreme4 has poor MOSFETS which mean it's not great for overclocking and both have a fairly average 4+1 power phase count. Go with a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H, it's a bit more expensive than the Extreme4 and Fatal1ty Z77 Performance but it's worth it.
