Overclocking an FX 4170 to 5.0 GHZ (Hopefully)

Hey guys,
I'm currently OCing my 4170 and I am getting rounding errors in P95. Here is a screenshot of ASRock Extreme Tuning Utility:

Unfortunately, I also get this after a few minutes of P95:

[Sun Mar 24 10:26:33 2013]
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4987792969, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.

And I can't find stress.txt for some reason. I'll come back with more news once I run P95 for a few hours at stock speeds.

You have to OC in the BIOS, what temps do you get at load and idle? You could probably run 4.8 24/7 if your volts are good

ASRock 970 Extreme3? I'm interested to see how far you can go, I also have an FX-4170. Good luck!

I am getting around 30 idle and 55 Prime @100% using the Corsair H60 in pull using an SP120. I will also take your recommendations and try OCing in the BIOS. I ran Prime at stock clocks for a few hours and didn't have any issues.
