Nobody mentioned this, but the price difference between 1333 ram and even 1866 is really not all that much. Go with some G.SKILL Ares Series 1866 ram. It's like $10 more than the 1333, and that $10 is definitely worth the increase in performance.
Also, for $20 more on Amazon.com, you can get an HIS 7870 IceQ ($209.99 with Rebate). It's a really nice card, and the performance jump from the 7850 to the 7870 is pretty large. I wouldn't really settle for anything less than a 7870 to be honest. Trust me you will be glad you went with the 7870 over the 7850.
Another thing I noticed, which is probably why you are spending a lot of money. Your monitor is a bit pricey for what it offers, nothing spectacular that is. Here's an ASUS IPS Panel Full-LED Monitor for $159 after rebate: ASUS VS239H-P 23-Inch Full-HD LED IPS Monitor
With the money saved there, you can upgrade your motherboard to something a bit nicer - like an ASRock Extreme4 or Gigabyte Z77X-D3H ($124.99 after $15.00 rebate card + 10% off code @ Newegg).Edited by BiG StroOnZ - 3/24/13 at 12:36pm
