Its made by Seasonic so the build quality is not bad at all but 750 watts is way overkill for a single card system unless you want to go down the SLI/Crossfire road?
It was on sale and an impulse buy because i needed a new one to run my old vid card, i either plan on upgrading to the 760 or a 600 series card or sli my 570 down the road but i was thinking " more watts, longer i can keep it" which apparently is not always correct. this is my only build at the moment and i plan on adding stuff to it and keeping what components i can for as long as possible. thats why i bought a "TUF" board and a k series processor and a good cooling system for it.

They are good but the Corsair name is overrated a bit like apple at this point

The reason i say i feel stupid is that the system i have now maxes out at around 600 watts thats half the PSU capacity which means that at ilde the load on the PSU is around 10-15% which then means that at 10-15% there is no industry standard for efficiency so it is not 80 plus gold efficient at 10-15% hell it could below 80% or 70% no one knows

Was that too complicated?

Delta makes fine power supplies, especially on the high end. This one, I believe, was made for Dell Computers, yes? The +12V is a little lower than one would anticipate on a modern 1kW, and they counted the +5VSB and -12V as part of the total, so I would consider it a 950W PSU. But that discrepancy is due to different labeling standards for older OEM PSUs, not deliberate dishonesty.

In modern terms it is a high-performance (though not very efficient) quality 950W PSU. Enjoy it.
