Need some Help overclocking my apu

I'm looking to overclock my Llano I bought last year...

Specs:
A8-3870K APU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106001

Gigabyte GA-A55M-DS2 FM1 Mobo
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128530

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428

Zalman CNPS9900A CPU Cooler
and a Thermaltake 450W PSU (not using a discrete card, so should be ok?)

The bios for the mobo looks like this:
http://www.pcpowerplay.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/AMD-A55-OC-Guide-AU.pdf
and mines look very similar, except with small differences in the names for voltages.

So I've tried overclocking the iGPU first little by little, and I was able to manage 800 Mhz without upping the voltage, but it doesn't seem like it works... It passed the Unigine Heaven benchmark and the 3d Mark11, but when I play Path of Exile for about an hour or so, my computer restarts on me. I up the voltage on the CPU NB Voltage, thinking it's the problem, and the comp restarts even faster than before... so I'm not sure what that means.

My goal is to get 3.5+ Ghz on the CPU, 800+ Mhz on the iGPU, and RAM upgrade would be great ^_^ but those two are the main ones I'm looking for.

Any help would be great

You've got a 3+1 phase VRM and a tower cooler. Your overclocking will not fare well without proper VRM cooling.

So I bought a new CPU cooler for nothing? frown.gif
From what I read in your article, I'll need a new motherboard, ATX preferably, with higher phase count. Is there any way I can stick with the current motherboard and do some overclocking? or is that not physically possible
