@Jimmy2Shoe the 3040 and 3050 have 2mb cache like their conroe counterparts. Its just a matter of better material and build quality.......

Socket 775, 4MB cache, basically a higher cache version of the E6300. They have the specs wrong here about the cache and I have contacted them about it. This is a server CPU so the overclocking and stability of these tend to be higher then a standard non-Xeon cpu.
