Hello Spiritween,

We recommend you stop by our Support page and create a ticket. We will work on RMAing your unit and get you set up with a new mouse.

Best regards,

They mean go to their site: http://steelseries.com/support and open a support ticket. 'SS Support' is likely a steelseries support representative and will help you probably claim an RMA for your mouse.
