Hi,

this is my setup

1 x z77 oc formula
1 x GAINWARD GeForce GTX 690 (915 mhz, 4096 mb, DDR5, 6008 mhz, 512 bit, 11, fan)
2 x LG ELECTRONICS DVD RW (24x, sata, black) 39,00 €
1 x MICROSOFT Windows 7 Home Premium OEM (64, OEM, NL, SP1)
1 x TOSHIBA DT01ACA200 (2000 gb, sata/600, 7200 rpm, 64 mb, 3.5")
1 x INTEL Core i7 3770K (3.5 ghz, 8 mb, s1155, 77 watt, boxed)
1 x SCYTHE Mugen 3 PCGH (s775, sAM2, s1366, sAM3, s1156, s1155, sFM1)
1 x G.SKILL 16GTX (16384 mb, 1600 mhz, CL7, 1.5 v, non-ecc, unbuffered, kit of 2)
1 x SAMSUNG 840 PRO Series (256 gb, sata/600, 530 mbps, 520 mbps)
1 x CORSAIR HX Gold (1050 watt, atx, sli ready, modular)
1 x NZXT Phantom 410 (red, no psu, atx)
1 x XILENCE Aktieve hardeschijf koeler

i oced to 4.5 ghz.

While playing crysis 3 for like 15 minutes, i had one crash at a checkpoint.

I checked afterburner and it said max gpu usage was 114% and 108%, is this normal?

also, the temps on 3770k went up to 81C max.....

Your usage can be higher, depending on the GPU can be up to 120% or even 130-40% depending on the make / model. 80 c is a little high on the CPU, but then again Crysis 3 is demanding... try getting your CPU to more the 75c range ( with that being said 80 c is well within the thermal specks)

GPU vermogen = GPU power.
GPU gebruik = GPU usage.

So you are looking at the wrong chart.

Crysis 3 is demanding, though. Using my GTX 670 PE with 114% Power Limit (this is the max value for PE), but I see the power limit is "spike" into 130%....I know we have a different problem, but at least we all know that the game is very demanding though.

Have you tried another driver OR the Last Driver from NVIDIA?

I set the voltage to 1.260 in bios, because it wasnt stable at 1.255...

cant go much lower then i suppose...;

indeed, i looked at the wrong chart, how can i get afterburner to show usage, plz?

Bij monitoring de juiste vinkjes plaatsen bij GPU gebruik. (And FFS turn your Afterburner into english, how can you work with that? I hate using dutch apps/windows)
80c+ is acceptable for a 690, I wouldn't do big overclocks on one though.
You can make a custom fan profile in AB settings that ramps up earlier to reduce temps.
