Need some help choosing our new TV/

Thread Starter

So Tax return has come in and its time to replace the old TV we've been using since our 32 inch LCDTV Died.

My dad is looking for something 50+ an LED-TV and atleast more than 2 HDMI inputs anything else with is fine.

Price range is around 900. Ive looked quite a bit myself but everytime i find something decent it doesnt fully check out on what we want.

So ive narrowed it done to at least these 2 for now , were hoping to buy instore at best buy today.

:D ! We just picked this one up yesterday , we decided the samsung's brightness was just what we needed. My dads only complaint is the TV isnt as sharp watching HD channel with Dish network. Im not sure if im missing a setting to change or if its just the quality. Now Im just waiting for him to leave town , Stacraft 2 and streams on a 55 inch screen awe yeah.

So it turns out the TV is perfectly fine , no issues playing a Blu Ray on my Laptop. However our HD receiver from Dish network seems to have terrible Quality. Im not sure if there is something I can do or possibly try to make it look better.

get one of their technicians to come over. Could be an issue with the receiver or the satellite, if needed they will replace it.
