A fresh driver install could fix it. It's really easy and gets rid of a variable. My GTX 570 had an issue at one point, and I thought the card was bad. Only after nVidia told me to try installing fresh driver's did I get it fixed.

I'm confused. Did you add/upgrade a 7770 to the system, or ONLY updated the power supply? You're right, if you just did a power supply update, then drivers shouldn't be required. It won't hurt to re-install the AMD drivers anyhow though.

I sort of thought you added a second 7770 and a power supply upgrade at the same time, in which case you now have a Crossfire dual 7770 setup and didn't before - requiring new driver install.

do you have your crossfire bridge plugged in securely to both cards as well?...are the fans on both GPUs spinning up?

Yes I did add a new 7770 and new power supply. I am trying to see if I can get one working before I get them both to work LOL

Yes.. when I had everything hooked up. I just have 1 card in now trying to get it to work. It says in device manager that a 7770 is detected. finishing up a driver update now.

The driver update worked! I am going to attempt to crossfire it now

What motherboard is it? There is a serious problem with drivers 13.1 to 13.3 beta and crossfire with 970 chipsets. Only 12.10 works with crossfire on 970 chipsets. OCN seems to be pretty unaware of the issue, probably because most people around here have an intel board or 990fx chipset when running crossfire. But there are many of us out there dealing with this issue and we have reported it to AMD.
