Thermalright AXP-100 will fit.
May I suggest you mount it so fan is pulling air out of cooler instead of pushing air in.. and mount your PSU so it is pulling air from inside of case instead of from vent in top of case. Doing this will draw the hot air coming out of cooler into PSU to be exhausted out of case and allow cooler to draw cool clean air off of motherboard.
I have the AXP-100 and found it cooled much better pulling air out versus pushing air into cooler. I did my testing on an open bench system and even there with a 140mm fan blowing air over top of test system from 20cm away. My guess is that air flowing down turned out when it hit the mobo, up when it hit the GPU, RAM and I/O cases and was then sucked back into fan as it came above the cooler.
Post #18 give temps for TY-100 push and pull on AXP-100
Hope that helps
