I bought a CrossOver 27Q LED-P from red-cap on eBay mid-Feb 2013. By late March, it started to have the fading issues that many have seen here in this video: http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=pujv9&s=6 (Not my video)

After sending a message to red-cap, this is the response I got:

How is everyone's experience with support from red-cap? Are they as bad as I'm experiencing?
