Also you can go without a case if your smart. Get a box made out some something sturdy, like cardboard. Take some of that liquid waterproofing ($10-$15), cut some holes in the box for ventelation, spray said box inside and out. Cut out the bottom of the box, take that bottom piece and place it where you want the computer to be. Put stand-offs on the mobo and push the standoffs into the cardboard so that they make an intent in the cardboard. Build PC, put the rest of the box ontop and voila. Computer case thats waterproof for $10

In case anyone missed it, the OP has already shared his order with us on page 4, no point in recommending much else at this point. He already managed a GTX 650 within his budget, so I'm not even sure why there are still APU based builds being recommended here.
