At 11:00 to 11:48 it is explained that the so called runt (nv term) is just a frame found in a screen tear (which isn't a full frame). I also notice it was said that 'maybe' it has an effect performance. Nothing shown that it does.At 12:50 to 13:44 so called runts (nv term) are taken out of the Fraps result because it was decided they adversely effect performance. Not that it was proven that the frame rate counter results and averages are wrong.
