Would you say it's like maybe 110°F to 120°F? This would be 43°C to 49°C.

Hmm. I don't know the trigger point for this fan, but I'm concerned because this PSU is rated for 650W continuously up to 50°C. If the PSU's internal temperature exceeds 50°C, then its continuous capacity is reduced and it keeps going down if the temperature keeps going up.

 

So yeah, I think that I would RMA it. Although, I'm not 100% sure about it.

ive already taken it back to warranty but they believe there's nothing wrong with it its my computer and they did a so called stress test on it -.- ,so ill probably run it for another 10 hours to make sure with external fans running then ill remove and see how long it last , if it fails when the fans running its something else , if it fails after ill proceed thinking its the fan since it generally dosnt last more then 4 hours normally . im just about 4 hours in, while using a external case fan on the psu so its looking promising that its the fans and ive been playing games the whole time so it hasnt been idling much
