No, it really isn't noticeable when you are playing Quake and you do a 180 twitch shot when accuracy really matters.

But it is noticeable in other situations like long range sniping. It's not necessarily a bad thing, it's a matter of preference. Some people like it, some hate it, some don't care.

Also if you're interested in my mouse tests so far look here: http://ino84.imgur.com/

Pretty random as I did those mainly for myself.

Im more wanting to be able to use scroll on mouse for weapon selection. And the target button i would like to use to switch a specific dpi mode on and off , for sniping example or slow accurate responses when moving.

Thanks for Help and hope this is right thread to for this topic.

Nope, cant say you made the wrong choice, just expect problems, but they are worth it, that mouse is so nice, I have trouble using my new G700 (aiming mostly) due to the smoothness of my MMO 7.
Rock the RAT 7 till it dies, but have a mouse on standby just in case.thumb.gif

You are saying the MX518, the G400 and the Deathadder 3.5G are the only mice out there without acceleration, prediction or jitter, a sufficient max tracking speed and acceptable LOD (since these are the things most people think of when talking about a "good" sensor) . This is just not true. There are various optical mice available that fulfill that requirement.

What is even less true is that they are the only good mice. Just as an indication you can look at all the best pro Counter Strike teams in the world right now. If I am not mistaken, not even one player on any of the top 5 teams or so use any of the mice you mentioned. I will say right away that this is heavily influenced by sponsorships. Take from that what you want.
