3930k voltage

Hello, only yesturday i have built new rig for me, actualy i'm will build all water cooled system, but for now i have h50 or h60 for my cpu, which cpu speed you can offer for me with those cooling and voltage? now i'm run at 3.2ghz 1.184 V, i think the voltage is to high smile.gif i have rampage extreme 4, so give for me some advices smile.gif

if you think your voltage is too high, lower it. your temps are fine. you should overclock and then start to worry about temps

I don't see any unparticular voltage here.

OC your chip to 4.4 Ghz then will talk about it.

Use prime95 with avx for stress testing CPU and Memory.

Custom blend with 90% of available memory thumb.gif

  • Select Blend
  • The Custom
  • Set the amount of memory in MegaBytes (90%)





Wanna make sure memory is fine, run memtest86+ from a bootable device in DOS. thumb.gif

now im runing 3.8ghz 1.27v, it runs stable, intel burn test reach 70C, can i lower it like to 1.25? and what about ram it make some sense to ram overclocking cpu? i have 32gb 1866mhz dominator, in bios made that it will run on 1.5v it is ok?
