Hi,Which is the best card? and they are voltage unlocked?Thanks,biggrin.gif.Because the price is the same..
They should perform the same and should both be voltage unlocked, though I only know for sure the Sapphire is. Due to the $20 rebate the Sapphire is cheaper anyway so I'd get it.

I'll prefer a Non-GHz edition from Powercolor or Sapphire or HIS (Reference card) if you're going underwater, Non-GHz editions are much cheaper although i'm not sure how well they OC on water, as some GHz editions do very well on LN2

Just make sure it is a reference model if going underwater, IceQ X2 if i'm not wrong has no competition against Vapor-X or Dual-X

Absolutely. Check out the AIB rating list. But they are cheaper and at least MUCH better than XFX is now
but if you're talking about this model, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161412
Looks nice and has good cooling as well, not to mention more perf/$

Right now Sapphire is putting out crappy cards. My Vapor X HD7950 boost sucks. Clock doesn't stick, voltage locked at 1.25v, no voltage tuning utilities on earth are able to help its poor ASIC score of 57%.

I think its time to wait for some fresh new next gen AMD/NVIDIA cards at this point in time. I really think card builders are scraping the bottom of the barrel for gpus to make these cards.
